I am Corina Chirileasa, clinical psychologist and burnout recovery coach based in Romania.

I offer psychological coaching sessions to international clients with whom I speak in English, so I’ve added on this page all the information you might need when deciding to work together.

I will help you prevent or recover from burnout, manage stress and handle the changes in your life and work, as well as your relationship struggles.

I work with entrepreneurs, executives, managers, freelancers, investors, who recover from exhaustion, learn how to cope with stress in a healthy way, change their careers, strengthen their relationships, improve the way they live and work. They heal their emotional issues and rebuild the life they want. 

A bit about me

I am a licensed clinical psychologist and a certified master coach, as well as a psychotherapist in training. I specialize in burnout recovery and stress management, and I also work with clients on managing career or life changes, on emotional issues and relationship struggles

With an undergraduate degree in Psychology, I am currently studying for a graduate degree (Masters degree) in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy for Couples and Families, as well as training in Integrative Psychotherapy.

I am certified as a Master Coach in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapy and Individual and Couples coaching

My training also includes mindfulness programs, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I use mindfulness in my one to one work and in my own practice. 

I am using, among other approaches, the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach, as well as the CLAR method for managing emotions (Conscious, Liberated, Authentic, Responsible – CLAR).

My training in psychology, coaching and psychotherapy came after a career as a journalist and entrepreneur, during which I suffered from intense burnout, successfully recovered and managed to change my career in my late 30s. My previous work was almost entirely in English, for 10 years plus, so I am fluent in English and very proficient in communicating in this language.

Now, I am helping others in their journey from exhaustion to rebirth. I work in 1 to 1 sessions online, with people from all over the world. Apart from burnout and stress issues, we also tackle depression, anxiety, addictions, as well as managing emotions, personal and professional development, career and life changes.

How we work together 

We start our journey from where you are now. I support you, during our online meetings, which can be weekly or every other week, to discover why and how you work, what are your habits in work, in life, in relationships, what are your beliefs and attitudes, your blockages, your sources of stress, what drains your energy and what boosts it. And how to change the things you decide to change.

You discover where you’re headed and find our what else you want for yourself. I will help you find balance again, rediscover yourself, and create the life you want. And you can do this from the comfort of your own home, from wherever in the world you are. 

Let’s meet first – pick a slot from my calendar for our first session together. In this meeting, we’ll get to know each other, we’ll find out how I can help you and we’ll decide on our objectives, as well as the frequency and length of our meetings.

Work conditions and tariffs 

The first session is a 60-minute one, after which you can choose between the following types of sessions: 

One hour session in English – EUR 85 / session 

90-minute session in English – EUR 127 / session 

I only work online so you can be based anywhere in the world. We usually work out the time zone differences – if the slots in my discovery session calendar do not fit you (because of your own schedule or the time zone difference), please email me at corina@renascut.ro, and we will find another time for you. 

We can meet every week or every other week, however you choose. After a certain time of working together, and depending on your evolution, we can move from weekly to every other week. You can choose to change the type of meeting and the frequency any time.

My schedule is flexible, some clients prefer to meet during evenings, others, during mornings, they’re on different time zones, and I can accommodate them. I work with a limited number of clients to be able to make space for all these needs and have enough time to recharge between sessions and prepare, while observing my own work / rest schedule. So if we start working together, rest assure I will be able to meet you when needed.

Cancelation rules 

Because I decided to work with a limited number of people, I can schedule our sessions based on their needs, priorities and schedule, as well as in a way which allows me to offer the time, energy and attention that everyone deserves. 

I schedule maximum 4 sessions a day, because the way I work involves an emotional connection, tuning to the person’s needs, with increased attention and energy during the sessions, as well as for preparing each of the meetings in advance. 

When we schedule a meeting for a certain time slot, we block that interval. If a short notice change appears, it limits my possibility to work with another client during that time or some other time on that day. Short term cancelations affect at least three people: the person who cancels, me as a therapist, and possibly another client who could have used that time with me. 

I know change is guaranteed in our lives and we need to adapt. That’s why, all changes and cancelations announced by clients with at least 24 hours in advance are free. For changes announced with less that 24 hours before our scheduled call, I usually do my best to re-schedule them on the same week. If that’s not possible (from my end or the client’s end), the session will be charged in full. 

Failing to attend a session or canceling it without giving a notice of at least 24 hours will also be charged in full. The only exceptions to the above are medical emergencies, for the client or his close relatives / friends, accidents, deaths in the family. I take into consideration such an exception every 6 months. 

Important – work issues are not considered an emergency as per above. Frequent cancelations or skipping session – more than 3 cancelations in 6 months or 2 consecutive cancelations – will be discussed in our sessions, to decide if we need to change anything in how we work. 

I try my best to accommodate all sorts of situations so that how we work is beneficial and correct both for my clients and for myself, because we’re equal partners in this process. I trust these rules will help us when working together, so we can keep our focus on the right solutions and on results.
